The vision of the Institute is about future citizens of the world, competent and aware of their identity, able to interact with different cultures.

Aim of the project "ImpariAMO e OsserviAMO in Europa" is school staff's training in international settings:

the observation of good practices in other schools creates a European exchange and a dialogue network in improving key competences for lifelong learning such as "LEARN TO LEARN", "ENTERPRISE SPIRIT and ENTREPRENEURIAL".

The two priorities of the Institute, considered as the focus of the project, are the development of innovative learning and teaching methodologies, to support the students' choice and decision processes.

The two-year project (October 2018 / October 2020) will involve 30 selected mobilities among the school staff (management and staff; coordination group: intersection, interclass, class, departments) and teachers.


The project will take place in 5 phases:

- 2 training phases (language certification, orientating teaching);

– 2 phases of jobshadowing (innovative learning environments, orientation course)

– 1 phase of sharing results


The planned activities will contribute to support the teachers in innovative and skilled practices , to promote the students' citizenship skills .


The positive impact of the project on the school community will concern:

- the improvement of the students' sense of responsibility, community and self -confidence;

– the promotion of individual well-being and social relations;

– the improvement of training activities.


The organization phase will be managed by a Project Group, the reporting and dissemination phases by a Monitoring and Evaluation Commission . This commission will check report and relate about the usefulness of the project respecting the European Development Plan of the Institute; it will also describe the effectiveness of long-term results. , verified by monitoring the final results of our pupils.
