The virtual mode, although it has reduced the empathic relationship between European colleagues, has nevertheless allowed an effective comparison based on the understanding of differences and the comparison of similar aspects between our educational systems and practices. 

The virtual mode has deprived participants of the increase in interpersonal and social, linguistic, problem solving skills that were implemented in previous mobility. 

During the course of mobility, a different way of understanding the concept of teaching orientation for the Spanish school was highlighted. In particular, the Spanish colleagues presented their idea of orientation in teaching with a focus on inclusive teaching. 

Conversely, the participants appreciated the methods and strategies of teaching based on positive reinforcement and hourly flexibility, learning environments, the use of the English language as CLIL methodology for artistic disciplines-expressive, activities calibrated between learning and play.
